What is the fee for mobile service?
The travel fee is dependent on the location; we serve San Francisco and its neighboring cities.

Do you offer same day appointments?
Yes, we offer same day appointments as well as future appointments.
What government-issued identification do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring a current State ID or Driver License or a valid Passport.
Passport cards are not acceptable for notarization purposes.
Can you provide witnesses for documents that require one or two?
With advance notice, we can provide a witness(es) for an additional fee.
Do you travel to hospitals?
Yes, we do provide services for those in a hospital.
Why do you need to know what kind of documents I need notarized?
In California, a Will is not notarized; it needs to be witnessed by 2 non-relative, non-benefitting adults. Having relevant information helps with the scheduling of the appointment.
How long will the signing take?
For documents with 1 or 2 signatures, it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.
For estate plans with multiple signers, please allow up to 45 minutes for the signing process.
Do I need to wait to sign in front of you?
Yes, for any document that needs notarization, please sign in the notary’s presence.
Do all signers need to be present at the same time?
We can only notarize the signature(s) of the signer(s) who are present.
What do I do if my document lacks notary wording?
We can attach the acknowledgement, jurat, or copy certification form to your document.
